MK Hospital Xmas Card.plain cropped

Every year many individuals, community groups, schools and businesses get in touch wishing to give a gift to someone in hospital at Christmas time.

Whilst we would always prefer to receive financial donations as we can use these all year round (not just at Christmas), we are still hugely grateful for the donations of gifts that are given in to the hospital every year.

Leo’s Appeal, launched by our charity in September 2013, set out to raise £200,000 to enhance the experience of children and families visiting Milton Keynes Hospital – and there is just £70,000 left to go!

Thanks to the generous support of the local community, we have been able to achieve many wonderful things since the launch - including purchasing a sensory trolley for children with complex needs, a redevelopment of the play room, chair beds for parents to stay comfortably overnight, and new themed artwork for the entire ward.
