Volunteers form an important part of Milton Keynes University Hospital. Our highly committed army of volunteers can be found in all areas of the hospital working alongside staff.
Volunteering allows people to give something back to their local community, for as little as three hours a week. You can meet new people and make new friends, but most of all, you could learn new skills. You will never be asked to do something you don’t want to do. All voluntary positions have a thorough job description, and we’ll work with you to make sure you’re comfortable in your role. All we need from you is regular attendance over six months and a willingness to complete mandatory training.
Currently, we are in need of volunteers who are available between 0930am to 1630pm, Monday to Friday.
By becoming a volunteer at Milton Keynes University Hospital, you can make a real difference to our patients and their relatives.
Please note, volunteering is open to anyone aged 18 and above.
